Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 70 in Hale County, TX on August 28th, 2021. Police say it happened around 5:44 p.m. A Chevrolet Tahoe operated by 34-year-old Cruz Ivette Beanes collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer ahead when Beanes allegedly fell asleep at the wheel.
