Officials say the incident happened around 5:24 a.m. According to investigators, traffic congestion from an earlier crash led to a Ford Expedition losing control and colliding with a tractor-trailer. The impact caused the SUV to bounce into a second tractor-trailer, ejecting one occupant from the vehicle. 51-year-old Crystal Dawn Zeigler and 59-year-old Christina Lovejoy, two sisters, died in the crash.
