What Happened

Houston Police are looking into a crash that killed a woman at Little York Rd in Houston, TX on March 11th, 2023. Police are saying it happened around 1:26 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Accord headed northbound on Foy Lane was struck by a Chevrolet Silverado headed eastbound on Little York Rd. Officers allege the Chevrolet ran a red light prior to the collision. A passenger in the Honda,  39-year-old Crystal De La Garza, suffered serious injuries. She was taken to an area hospital for treatment and pronounced dead from her injuries on March 13th. The other individuals involved are said to have been uninjured.
