Police say the incident happened around 9:23 p.m. According to investigators, a Subaru Crosstrek was westbound on US 84 fore allegedly crossing into eastbound lanes, striking a Mitsubishi Outlander. Authorities say 50-year-old Mitsubishi passenger, Crystal Nagle-Henager, was fatally injured.
