Authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at US 183 in Caldwell County, TX on May 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10:41 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic was southbound on US Hwy 183 before veering out of its lane, headed southbound in a northbound lane. There, reports say the vehicle collided head-on with an approaching Chevrolet HHR, seriously injuring both occupants of the Chevrolet. The driver of the Honda, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured and charged in connection with the collision.
