Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Loop 130 in Austin, TX on June 24th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:18 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram operated by 26-year-old Dalin Milburn was headed southbound on Toll 130 when it reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with a the rear of a disabled tractor-trailer. Milburn suffered serious injuries in the collision. Reports indicate a Failure to Control Speed charge and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility charge were both recommended and/or issued.
