El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Mesa St and Remcon Circle in El Paso, TX on March 16th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:10 p.m. According to investigators, a pedestrian crossing from south to north in the eastbound lanes of the road was struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian, identified as 44-year-old Dan Parkman, was seriously injured. Parkman was taken to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
