What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Preston Rd and TX 121 in Plano, TX on June 6th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:19 p.m. A Dodge Grand Caravan operated by 54-year-old Charles Thomas was reportedly traveling the wrong direction on a one-way road when it crashed head-on into a Jeep operated by 26-year-old Daniel Faghi-Isa. Faghi-Isa suffered minor injuries while Thomas was more seriously injured. Thomas was also issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge.
