What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a motorcyclist at FM 3149 in Ross, TX on April 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:15 p.m. According to police, a motorcycle operated by 73-year-old Daniel Neckar was headed southbound on FM 3149 at a speed that was allegedly unsafe when it lost control at a curve. It then veered from the road and ejected Neckar from the bike causing serious injuries. Reports indicate a Driving While Intoxicated was recommended and/or issued.
