What Happened

Officials are investigating a crash that killed one person at Pershing St in Houston, TX on October 31st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:25 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Durango headed westbound on Pershing St before colliding with a trailer parked on the side of the roadway. Police say a 36-year-old passenger in the car, Darryl Turner,  died while the driver allegedly fled the scene. Additional information was not immediately available.
