Police say the incident happened around 4:35 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Avenger was southbound, allegedly backing without safety before colliding with a Chevrolet Silverado and veering from the road. Authorities as 49-year-old Dodge passenger, identified as David Delgado, suffered injuries he later died from.
