El Paso Police are investigating crash that killed a man at Zaragoza Rd in El Paso, TX on October 24th, 2021. Police say the incident happened sometime before 7 p.m. Investigators believe that a dirt bike operated by 53-year-old David Herrera was traveling in an empty canal when it fell onto a lower portion at a drop off. The fall was severe enough to cause Herrera fatal injuries. They say the incident happened earlier in the day and that he was not found until closer to the 7 p.m. timeframe Additional information was not immediately available.
