What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 2892 in Henderson County, TX on April 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:20 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Expedition operated by 30-year-old David Holstein was headed southbound on FM 2892 when it veered from the road at a curve into a ditch. It then veered over a culvert and overturned, ejecting Holstein from the vehicle.  Holstein, who police allege may have been under the influence of alcohol, suffered serious injuries and hospitalized.
