What Happened

Odessa Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Loop 338 in Odessa, TX in June 18th, 2022. Police say that around 2:20 a.m. 31-year-old David Keohavong was allegedly walking in the roadway prior to being struck by a vehicle. The vehicle involved is said to have fled the scene, leaving Keohavong with injuries he died from. Police allege Keohavong may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision and are currently searching for the driver involved.
