Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US 259 in Gregg County, TX on April 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:31 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Mustang operated by 19-year-old David Lewis Fuller was headed northbound on US 259 as a dump truck was headed southbound. Officers allege the Mustang failed to remain in its lane and crossed a center line into the southbound lanes. It then collided with the dump truck, causing fatal injuries to Fuller. The dump truck operator, identified as 62-year-old William Glasco, suffered minor injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
