Police say the incident happened around 1:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Hino box truck operated by a 43-year-old Dallas man was headed eastbound on FM 455 when it veered from its lane and fishtailed into eastbound lanes and collided with a Mercedes-Benz operated by 59-year-old David Louis Delcourt II. Delcourt suffered serious injuries while the Dallas man was not injured and charged with Failure to Drive in a Single Lane.
