Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-10 in Spring Valley, TX on January 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:45 a.m. Investigators say a vehicle headed westbound is said to have struck a patch of standing water, causing it to hydroplane and lose control.
