What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at FM 1004 in Jasper County, TX on March 12th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9 p.m. Officials say a Honda Accord was northwest before attempting to turn left not a private drive. In the process , the vehicle collided with an approaching motorcycle. The collision caused the motorcyclist, identified as 44-year-old David Williams, to suffer fatal injuries. The other driver, who was not publicly identified, had non-life-threatening injuries, police say.
