What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at  Rosedale St and Jennings Ave in Fort Worth, TX on May 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:21 p.m. According to investigators, a Lexus IS 250 operated by 49-year-old Latonya Gardner was headed westbound on W Rosedale St attempting to turn south onto Jennings Ave. Police say the Lexus performed the turn into the path of an approaching motorcycle operated by 25-year-old David Winters. Winters was seriously injured in the collision while Garnder was not injured. Reports indicate officers recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge against Gardner.
