Officials are saying the incident happend around 1:46 p.m. According to investigators, a Polaris Ranger HO900 CP was headed westbound on County Rd 436 before entering into a south barrow ditch. Reports say the vehicle lost control and overturned while attempting to return to the roadway, killing 43-year-old alleged driver, Eric Covey. 28-year-old passenger, Deanna Montgomery, is alleged to have suffered minor injuries.
