Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating that injured a persona at I-10 in Chambers County, TX on October 7th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:45 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 58-year-old Pulaski, TN man was reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with a Nissan Versa operated by 49-year-old Debbie Kay Nguyen. The Nissan was pushed into a Ford F-150 and that vehicle into another vehicle. Nguyen suffered serious injuries in the collision. The truck driver was not injured and charged with Failure to Control Speed.
