Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35 in Denton, TX on February 8th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:54 p.m. A Ford F-350 towing a trailer operated by a 37-year-old Newark, NJ man was reportedly pulling out of a private drive when it entered into the path of a Mitsubishi Mirage operated by 65-year-old Debra Jo Francis. The two vehicles collided, causing Francis minor injuries. The other driver was not injured and records indicated a Failure to Yield Right of Way-Private Drive charge was issued.
