What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US 75 in Sherman, TX on August 14th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:48 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-350 was headed northbound before crossing into a median and going into a skid. The vehicle is said to have overturned several times, ejecting its operator from the vehicle into a bar ditch. The driver, identified as 36-year-old Delio Lomas Jr, was taken to an area hospital with injuries he late died from. Authorities did not have any additional inforamtion available.
