Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at State Hwy 36 in Callahan County, TX on December 16th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a a westbound Chevrolet Silverado and an eastbound Honda Ridgeline. Reports allege the Chevrolet traveled into the path pf the other vehicle, the two colliding as a result. Officials say 52-year-old Dennis Warren and 48-year-old Cristobal Solis, the drivers of both vehicles, suffered fatal injuries at the scene. A passenger in the Honda, identified as 74-year-old Frank Solis, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
