Authorities are investigating a crash that killed three people at I-37 in San Antonio, TX on July 21st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 was allegedly headed northbound in southbound lanes prior to colliding with a Ford Mustang. The impact is said to have caused the vehicle to overturn and catch fire. Reports say the operator of the Mustang was off-duty officer, Deputy Meredith Portillo, who was fatally injured. A passenger, identified as 20-year-old Koree Alcoser, was also killed The F-150 operator, who was not publicly identified, died at the scene.
