Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Grand Parkway in Harris County, TX on October 20th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a vehicle allegedly failing to control its speed and colliding with a vehicle stopped at a red light. Following the crash, police allege the suspect vehicle fled the scene. Derrick Carter, the operator of the stopped vehicle which impacted another stopped vehicle, was injured, reports say. Reports indicate the other driver, alleged to be Ebonee Jemaime Bristol, had a Failure to Stop and Render Aid charged recommended/and or issued against Bristol.
