Authorities in San Antonio, TX, are investigating a fatal multi-vehicle collision that occurred on December 5, 2024, at approximately 10:14 p.m. at the intersection of Interstate 410 and State Highway 151. According to investigators, a Ford Mustang, allegedly failed to control speed and collided with a Honda Odyssey. Police say the driver of the Honda, identified as Diana Martinez, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers in the Honda, a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, suffered minor injuries.
