Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a driver at  I-2 in Weslaco, TX on September 12th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:04 a.m. A Chrysler 200 operated by 30-year-old Domingo Flores Jr is accused of failing to control its speed and colliding with the rear of a tractor-trailer while headed westbound on I-2. Flores suffered serious injuries while the other driver was not injured.
