Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Fairmont Pkwy in La Porte, TX on October 17th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:34 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Impala operated by 29-year-old Dominique Clement was proceeding through the intersection with Bay Area Blvd before colliding with a Chevrolet Silverado. Sources indicate it was alleged one of the vehicles may have run a red light prior to the collision, which left Clement with serious injuries. The other driver was not injured and sources indicate several citations were recommended and/or issued.
