Police say the incident happened around 2:05 p.m. According to authorities, a Nissan Murano operated by 34-year-old Domonique Patrice White was turning westbound onto Alief Clodine when it allegedly failed to yield right of way to oncoming traffic. The vehicle collided with a southbound Mercedes-Benz operated by an unnamed 33-year-old Dallas man. The Dallas man suffered possible injuries while White was more seriously injured, according to reports. Reports also indicate the Dallas man was cited for Unsafe Speed and White was cited for Failure to Yield Row.
