Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at Thomas Ave and Hall St in Dallas, TX on January 20th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. Reports allege a vehicle operated by 19-year-old Trent Aslin fled after police attempted to perform a traffic stop. Reports say the vehicle ended up colliding with another vehicle at the intersection under unclear circumstances, the other driver hospitalized with suspected  non-life-threatening injuries. That driver was identified as 34-year-old Donis Gomez Escalante. Aslin was allegedly arrested on a charge of evading arrest and charge of DWI, according to sources.
