Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities have issued charges against at a driver in connection with a crash on September 9th, 2023. Officials allege a vehicle operated by Gracilliano Rodriguez collided with a motorcycle operated by Donte Scott. It has been further alleged by officials that Rodriguez was intoxicated at the time of the collision. Officials say Scott suffered serious injuries and an Intoxication Assault charge was recommended and/or issued against Rodriguez.
