Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at TX 105 and Duck Creek Rd in Montgomery County, TX on September 5th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. A Chevrolet pickup truck was reportedly traveling without headlights when it crashed nearly head-on into a Toyota Tundra. The driver of the Tundra was extricated from the vehicle and hospitalized in critical condition. The driver of the Chevy was arrested and charged with Intoxication Assault.
