Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at State Hwy 98 in Bowie County, TX on October 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:40 a.m. A Dodge Ram operated by 34-year-old Dustin Blade Jacobs reportedly collided with a tractor-trailer reversing out of a private driveway. Jacobs suffered serious injuries in the collision. The other driver was not injured. Police charged that driver with Back So As to Interfere or Without Safety.
