Authorities have information on a crash that killed one person involved at Gruene Rd in New Braunfels, TX on April 8th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac ATS headed southwest off Gruene Road was allegedly attempting to pass in a no pass zone before colliding with a Ford F-250. Reports indicate the driver of the Cadillac was fatally injured with an 18-year-old passenger had serious injuries. Also seriously injured was the driver of the Ford, identified as 40-year-old Dustyn Cox. Authorities did not have any additional information available.
