Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a person at Sheldon Rd in Harris County, TX on May 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:35 p.m. According to the investigation a GMC Yukon operated by Anna Rodriguez was traveling westbound though a parking lot before coming to stop at a red light at the Woodforest Blvd intersection. As the light turned green, the vehicle proceeded into the intersection and was struck by a motorcycle operated by Earl Thrasher. Police allege the motorcycle disregarded the traffic light prior to the collision and suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
