What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 90 in Harris County, TX on December 13th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150, operated by 19-year-old Eddie Araujo, was westbound on US 90. At the same time, a commercial was exiting a private lot onto westbound US 90. Reports say the Ford collided with the back left side of the commercial truck, the impact causing the Ford to overturn. Reports further say Araujo was seriously injured while the other driver, a 63-year-old man who was not publicly identified, was uninjured. Additional information was not available.
