Authorities in Bastrop County, TX, are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on March 25, 2025, at approximately 5:33 a.m. on FM 969. A 2007 Kenworth commercial vehicle was traveling west when it failed to maintain a single lane and collided head-on with an eastbound 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe. The 72-year-old driver of the Kenworth was uninjured. The 48-year-old female driver of the Tahoe sustained suspected serious injuries. Lane departure was identified as a contributing factor.
