Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 16 in Atascosa County, TX on March 11th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:15 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 42-year-old man was reportedly approaching a red light at an intersection as it approached a Buick Encore operated by 43-year-old Elizabeth Anne Eisenhauer. The two vehicles collided as the truck attempted evasive action, causing minor injuries to 43-year-old Eisenhauer. The other driver also suffered minor injuries. Records indicate a Failure to Stop at Proper Place at Traffic Light was recommended and/or issued.
