Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 150 in Hays County, TX on September 6th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:23 p.m. A Chevrolet Silverado operated by 30-year-old Elizabeth Campbell was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed when it veered into oncoming traffic and went into a skid into a ditch. Investigators suspect Campbell was not wearing a seatbelt as the reasons for her having been ejected from the vehicle. She suffered serious injuries while a 31-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries.
