Police are saying the incident happened around 8:02 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota 4Runner operated by 33-year-old Elvin Eliud Gonzalez was headed eastbound on I-20 when it traveled across both left and right lane of travel after allegedly performing a faulty evasive action.
