Area authorities have information on a crash that killed at least one person involved at Loop 286 in Paris, TX on November 9th, 2023. Authorities say the incident involved a tractor-trailer and at least two passenger vehicles colliding under unclear circumstances. Two occupants of one of the vehicles, identified as 31-year-old Emily Mae Echols and 29-year-old Levi Dalton Frazier, were ejected from the vehicle. Echols suffered fatal injuries in the incident. Frazier was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. Sources say 23-year-old Joshua Okeith Fluellen, Jr was behind the wheel of a vehicle that struck the victims' vehicle, causing it to travel into oncoming traffic.
