What Happened

A crash occurred at Woodrow Bean Transmountain Rd in El Paso, TX on August 17th, 2024.  According to reports, a Nissan Sentra collided with another vehicle Dodge Durango that was stopped at a red light around 9:13 p.m. Officials say the impact caused injuries that were fatal for 85-year-old Nissan operator, Richard Wilson Sr. Police say the driver of the Dodge, identified as 36-year-old Emmanuel Mendoza and 29-year-old passenger, Esli Mendoza, bot had non-life-threatening injuries. A one-year-old child in the vehicle had possible, unconfirmed injuries.
