Authorities have information on a crash that injured a driver at I-10 in Houston, TX on January 12th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado, operated by 19-year-old Enrique Torres, was traveling eastbound on an I-10 service road at the time. Police say that, for unconfirmed reasons, the vehicle struck a concrete barricade near an entrance ramp. Following the collision, reports allege Torres exited the vehicle and was attempting to cross the service road lanes as.n eastbound Nissan Murano approached.
