Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Telephone Rd in Houston, TX on May 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Sonata was headed southbound at the time. Headed westbound on Airport Blvd was a Chevrolet Equinox. Police allege the Hyundai ran a red light at the intersection, colliding with the Chevrolet. The driver of the Chevrolet, identified as 44-year-old Erica Turner, had suspected serious injuries. The 41-year-old Pearland man operating the Hyundai was not injured, according to police. A Ran Red Light charge was recommended and/or issued.
