Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 492 in Palmview, TX on August 27th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:05 p.m. A Dodge Challenger operated by 19-year-old Erick Flores was headed southbound when it made a left turn to merge into another lane.
