Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35 in Temple, TX on August 26th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:59 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 50-year-old Garland man is accused of making a lane change when unsafe to do so and causing a collision between it and an Infiniti Q50 operated by 54-year-old Erika Patrice Isom. Isom suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured and was cited for Unsafe Lane Change.
