Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-20 in Lindale, TX on June 30th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1:47 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 38-year-old Nashville, TN man reportedly admitted to driver inattention when it collided with the rear of a Honda Pilot stopped at a red light. The Pilot driver, 65-year-old Erlyn Suherlyna Acker, suffered minor injuries. The Nashville man was not injured in the crash.
