El Paso Police are investigating a pedestrian collision that turned fatal at North Loop and Lafayette in El Paso, TX on August 30th, 2022. Police say the incident involved a Chrysler 300 headed eastbound on North Loop colliding with a pedestrian said to have been in the roadway. After the collision, the Chrysler fled the scene, leaving the pedestrian behind with serious injuries.
