Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 1863 in Bulverde, TX on November 3rd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:59 p.m. According to investigators, a Mercury Mariner was westbound one FM 1863 before allegedly swerving to avoid striking a deer in the roadway. Authorities say this action caused the vehicle to lose control and the vehicle spin into the path of and collided with an eastbound Porsche Cayenne. Reports indicate the driver of the Mercury, identified as 46-year-old Eugene Juarez Garza, was killed.
